InspireHealth programs integrate the concepts of health into cancer treatment and recovery. Innovative programs are available at no cost and include access to informal education sessions, individual medical consultations, in-dept led group sessions, informative research resources, and inspirational core health classes and other assistance for patients with cancer and their support people. InspireHealth's medical doctors, clinical counsellors, nutritionists, and exercise therapists provide guidance in healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle support. Plus, they facilitate a two day educational (12 hour) LIFE Program, which teaches approaches for integrating mind, body, and spirit into cancer care to promote optimal health and healing.
