We have taken the lead in a community-driven project titled The Windsor-Essex Charter: A Collective Impact Model to Improve Aging and End of Life Care in Our Community. Funding for this project will help to develop and implement a plant to optimize the full range of community assets, holistic support, and social connections available to the community so all citizens may achieve their highest quality of life. Additionally, start up training for staff and volunteers began this fiscal year in preparation for the opening of our Leamington Hospice Residential Home in April 2016.
