Mental Health services (for adults with acute and/or serious mental illness) include: counselling; supported housing; outreach community support; social/rec/rehabilitation services; education & information; peer support and education; telemedicine. Addiction services include supportive housing for people in recovery, assessment, treatment planning & referral, outpatient counselling, case management and follow-up for youth, adults and family members afected by substance abuse and/or problem gambling. In addition, consultation, assessment and treatment services are available for people with concurrent substance abuse and mental health problems.
