Normally the Foundation's grant relate to improving the ability of charities to fulfill their charitable objectives; or the promotion of early learning and child care. The Foundation conducts meetings to assist government and charities to resolve regulatory issues they face, and provides bursaries to allow employees and directors of registered charities to undertake professional development.
