The Fort Garry Women's Resource Centre provides free support and services to women and children in and around Winnipeg, MB. We are currently in our 32nd year of providing services. Our services include: individual counseling, group counseling, workshops, outreach, Children's counseling, information and referral. The Centre is supported by volunteers, through our Board, facilitators who provide relevant workshops for the needs of women seeking our services, and Lawyers who provide legal information sessions, once per month. Some of our workshop topics include: Yoga, self-care, crafts, assestiveness, health topics. Out Outreach program also provides a food and clothing program as well as many other services.
