We are a public art museum showcasing exhibitions from Canadian contemporary and historical artists, international artists and a world-class Asian collection. We house and maintain the largest collection of visual arts in public trust in British Columbia. We provide regular year-round public programming and exhibitions to enrich and enhance the visitors' experience to our gallery. We provide educational programs, services and experiences to over 11,000 children and youth each year through outreach programs and special family events, such as Gallery and the Schools, Family Sundays, New Extreme, Open Door Access to Art, Studio classes and School Tours. We provide programs and experiences to over 4,000 adults each year through public tours, lectures, performances and special events. We have a volunteer base of over 400 individuals who help in a variety of ways from administrative tasks to special events and programming and contribut approximately 11,000 hours each year.
