SECC received funding from the United Way/ Centraide Windsor-Essex County to provide a program called SPARK, an After-School program to provide a safe and inviting place for children ages 7-12 living in the Leamington Area. It combines planned learning activities and recreational activities to help children learn, gain skills and be ready for the future.
