The lake Ainslie Weavers & Craft Guild provides cultural & arts programs and instruction. It also provides a recreational & instructional facility forthe community. In addition the guild houses a C@P site operated by volunteers which provides computer & Internet access to the public. The guild also operates seasonal gift shows & gallery as an outlet for local artisans. The school volunteers for public demonstration. It also offers workshops and demonstrations in the craft sector as part of the Celtic colours International Music Festival under the home of Lakeside impressions. Gaelic language, history and dance are extremely popular classes. A gallery and gift shop are also set up for the occasion as well as daily craft demonstration. The school is totally operated by its members and volunteers.
