The Main Purpose Of L'Arche Comox Valley Is To Establish & Operate Homes Where Persons With Developmental Disabilities Live With Assistants Sharing Life Experiences According To The Model First Developed By Jean Vanier.To Fulfill This Mission We Own And Operate A Home For 4 Persons With Developmental Disabilities. We Also Host And Arrange Regular Monthly Gatherings For Any Members Of The Local Community Who Have Developmental Disabiltieis.We Also Rent A Space For An Outreach Center Which Hosts Persons With Development Disabilities.The "I Belong" campaign is a project created to build a muilt-residential building to house persons with disabilities in the Comox Valley.
