Two times a week tai chi,yoga,breathing exercises,with monthly CAMH mental health workshop and healthy home cooked meals in seniors building residencealso available to any community,family members who would like to join.Theseactivities are offered completely free to the participants.Also offer a free basic computer workshop to seniors,community or family members,includes light snacks.Currently filling out application proposals to expand these workshops for more regular on-going workshop meetings.
