Individualized programmes are developed for students (Gr1-12) who experience difficulties in school due to dyslexia, AD(H)D, specific language disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, FAEIS and other learning problems. Diagnostic assessment and evaluation of reading, math, writing and study skills and learning style form the basis for each programme. This is taught one-on-one by qualified teachers experienced in working with learning disabilities/differences. Financial assistance-as reduced fees-is available to those unable to meet the full cost of private teaching (subject to availability of funds and proven need). Our preschool program provides a safe, nurturing and active learning environment that will aid the social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth of each child. Age-appropriate hands-on materials, supportive adult-child interaction, and a creative, well-planned, consistent, yet flexible, daily routine enables children to learn concepts, form ideas, and develop an awareness of their own unique learning style through play. Our summer camps address language and math skills, art, science, and organizational and study skills through a variety of fun themes. Volunteers are essential and contribute thousands of hours each year.
