538 Buffalo Squadron's Parent's sponsoring Society is responsible for providing financial & volunteer support to assist in running the Air Cadet Training Program. The program stresses citizenship, leadership, and physical fitness, with mandatory training in general cadet knowledge, theory of flight, air frames, meteorology, navigation, aircraft identification, survivial, drill events, flying & biathlon.
