VIBE Arts (formerly known as Arts for Children and Youth) annually engages young people aged 3 - 28 who live or identify with the margins, in free, hands-on art educational programs, custom designed to respond to the unique needs of each community wework with. VIBE works collaboratively with education and social agencies to conduct our multi-disciplinary arts programs, which take place directly in shelters, public housing, libraries, schools, parks, hospitals, detention and community centres.Every VIBE program features youth mentorship, leadership, learning and employment opportunities. Emerging artists work in tandem with professional arts educators to facilitate all program workshops. In addition to our outreach arts programmiing,VIBE offers micro-grants to emerging youth artists to enble them to build leadership skills and advance their artistic practices.
