The CHHA - North Shore Branch is a support group for hard of hearing individuals. Our services include advocacy, counselling, workshops, public presentations, providing information through a website and via telephone. We make home visits to seniors to provide assistance with technology and counselling. We publish a quarterly newsletter for members and organizations. We provide consulting services on making public buildings and churches hearing accessible. We loan out hearing equipment to individuals and groups. We provide pamphlets, brochures and hospital kits for hard of hearing person being hospitalized. All of our services are carried out by volunteers.
