YouthCO merged its operations and programming with The Moomba Society in fall 2015. Through this merger, YouthCO inherited Moomba summer and winter camp programs. These camp programs are free to campers focus on peer education and peer support for youth from 6 to 17 years old living with, or directly impacted by, HIV who life in BC. Our motto at Camp Moomba is, "friends together having fun." Led by this philosophy, we blend camp traditions from canoeing to campfire with opportunities for leadership and peer education sessions focused on HIV. Each year, former campers return as volunteer leaders to carry on camp traditions and continue to build their community.
