The purpose for the use of these funds are as follows: Assist persons or provide relief to persons suffering from medical illness with medical expenses or personal costs not covered by OHIP or private insurer, for health and medical needs. Funds are applied directly to the expense item. As a general rule the person for whose benefit the funds are to be extended shall normally reside in a 25 mile radius of the former Town of Caledonia Ontario.
