Missions Fest Alberta organizes an annual three-day conference held in Edmonton to promote interest in missions/service activities through missions organizations and the work they do in city, province, nationally and various countries in the world. The objectives are to inform, educate and challenge attendees to participate in various organizations and missions/service activities; to foster initiative and growth; to make donations. Conference activities include: keynote speakers, general assemblies, seminars, luncheon, intensive training days, children's activities, youth rallies and over 100 exhibits where attendees meet representatives to discuss information in person. Activities throughout the year include work with individuals and churches to help inform, educate and mobilize them about missions by way of newsletters, meetings, seminars, projects, resources and providing access to training materials. Activities also include sale of exhibit space and increasing our donor and partnering church base.
