The North Flats Neighbourhood Association is a safe, caring, nurturing and supportive environment which offers free early intervention programs after school and throughout the summer to children between the ages of six and twelve and their families in the Flats community of Medicine Hat. These families may be coined as "at-risk." We build on resiliency, self-esteem, healthy living, and life management skills through literacy, recreational, artistic, and field trip activities as well as numerous others, hoping to break the cycle.
