ADULT DAY SERVICES: Supervised Therapeutic, Social and recreational programming in a group setting which promotes client independence and assistance to achieve and maintain maximum level of functioning. SERVICES INCLUDE: Respite, support and information to clients, significant others and/or caregivers. Served 242 individuals with Alzheimer's disease, Dementia and/or cognitive impairments, physical disabilities and frail health while providing respite and support to their caregivers. SERVICES AVAILABLE: Meals, assistance with activities of daily living, minor health assistance, bathing and caregiver assistance. SLEC has a team of volunteers who contributed over 1320 hours of their time last year.
