Aboriginal Cultural Community Connections is a program to provide resourcesto reduce the risk of homelessness and to provide positive supports for healthier lifestyles to Aboriginal people who are new residents and reside in West Edmonton. Aboriginal Parent Link Centre provides a facility where Aboriginal familiescan be provided programs and resources. Community Parents provide assistance to the Natural Helpers in the community in supporting other families. Coyote Pride provides an in-school mentoring program for Aboriginal children from grades four to six. Foster Care provides for the treatment of youth between the ages of twelve to seventeen years of age in care of Child Welfare.
