Services Provided by Queens County Learning Network Society
1.) Level 3 ALP (Adult Learning Program) Liverpool location. Free adult upgrading programs equivalent grade 8-10 2.) Level 1/2 ALP Liverpool. Free adult upgrading equivalent to grades 6-8. At lowest level needed with basic literacy 3.) Level 1,2,3 Online/distance program to reach more areas of county & OG tutors for one-to-one tutoring. 4.) One-on-One tutoring - w volunteers in Liverpool for all programs available 5 days/week. 5.) Family Literacy Programs available at 2 locations - Dr. J.C. Wickwire Academy and Queens Family Resource Centre. They each ran 40 hours/year with children and parents working with a facilitator and guest/volunteer speakers to learn skills to help children succeed in school.
