In the past year the Dance Foundation continued to make investments to ensure that Scotiabank Dance Centre remains a superior facility serving dance artists in their pursuit of excellence as they train, research, create, produce and present their work and aslo reach out and engage with general public. To ensure that the facility is in good working conditions The Dance Foundation continued to make investements areas of electrical (improving lighting of studios and moving towards green(er), cheaper energy sources), and HVAC related improvements to ensure a comfortable, sustainable and safe environment for dance practitioners.
