Weekly training opportunities for athletes with an intellectual disability in the following sports: swimming, bowling, figure skating, speed skating, golf, track & field, snowshoeing, gymnastics, and general fitness. Local competition opportunities for athletes and if qualified may participate in provincial/territorial, national and international competitions. Workshops for volunteers and coaches for sports training certification, first aid, etc.
