Promoting Human Rights and cultural exchange * Participated in the Ninth Annual Coptic Studies Symposium held in Toronto on April 2, 2016. * Participated in the 7th annual Conference in collaboration of Coptic Solidarity, Washington, DC, from June 09 to June 11, 2016 to discuss the Future of Egypt's Religious Minorities. * Organized a Human Rights seminar in Montreal on November 14, 2015, on the Situation of the Coptic Minority in Egypt after the January 25, 2011 and 30 June, 2013 Revolutions. * Participated in the 11th International Congress of Coptic Studies held in California in July 2016, in which the President presented the research on the origin of the Ancient Egyptian Coptic Calendar and its significance. * Programs and Activities carried out in Egypt (see page 2) Community Library Upkeep * Acquired 110 books and periodicals on human rights, international laws, Coptic and Egyptian (Pharaonic) cultures, for researches and studies. Immigrant Aid * Provided financial aid to a refugee trapped in Sudan and waiting for settlement in another country.
