Our cooking classes teach autistic adults to prepare healthy meals using nutritious ingredients. We enhance their social-communication skills with supported interactions while cooking and eating together. Our book "Coach in the Kitchen: Cooking With Autism" teaches how to run such classes and inicludes many recipes presented to suite the processing patterns of persons with autism. Our workshops teach how to address challenges typically encountered by autistic persons learning to cook.
