The organization assists individuals to achieve greater independence by pursuing and maintaining employment.The organization provides programs that will assist Wpg residents achieve full time-long term employment, increase the skills of those using the program, help them develop relationships with employers.Ongoing programs include: Manitoba Entrepreurship Training and Trade (EAS / Mature Worker) ; United Way Ex-OffendersFSL - Community home service program, helps recipients on EIA find work and support the elderly and disabled;FSL - Stages of Change for persons with a disability, provides stage specific interventions to eligible EIA recipients with a disability in order to increase work readiness and assist individuals on their journey towards the labour market.EPP - Employee Partnership Program - The nature of the program is that OFE will provide skills assessment and training services to individuals who are actively looking for employement, and would be re-imbursed by the government through WEM.
