Project Reach Out - Mobile youth drop-in and youth outreach service provided in the cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody, BC. Uses staff and volunteers to connect with youth on Fridays and Saturday nights between 7PM and midnight. 52 weeks x 2 nights x 2 teams x 5 hours = 1,040 hours of services per year, connecting with more than 4,000 youth. Youth Engagement Worker - Full time youth individualized program providing one-on-one support services to youth with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, self-harming, suicidal thoughts. Maximum caseload of 15 youth at a time, providing services to more than 50 youth in 2016.
