Umbrella Family and Child Centres of Hamilton is a non-profit organization, offering high-quality child care to over 1,000 children each day, ranging in age from 19 months to 12 years. Currently, we operate 26 programs in Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board elementary schools, and take pride in our reputation for providing children and their families a "seamless day" - care and education under one roof. When there is a child care centre within the school building, we are able to offer a wide range of services to families. School Age programs offer children a seamless day, where by, parents may drop their children off at school as early as 7:00 AM and pick them up as late as 6:00 PM.
