The Skills Connect program helps immigrants to enter the Canadian workplace in a job where they can use their specialized skills and education. EPBC program offers a range of services that support Newcomers to find and maintain employment and to improve employment readiness. ESL program offers English classes for adults in a friendly, multicultural environment. Enable Program supports the needs of immigrant and refugee children, youth and youth adults to integrate into Canadian Society.Newcomer Wraparound Support program for newcomers facing overwhelming or complex barriers towards settlement and integration in Victoria. Settlement program provides client-driven servics and enable newcomers to become independent and active members of the community. Volunteer program creates opportunities to support newcomers' involvement in our community.
