This year the snow was plentiful and VASS offered a similar program profile to past years teaching a total of approximately 1,000 ski/snowboard lessons and offered approximately 10,000 volunteer hours through our programs. We were able to train 78 level 1 Canadian Association of Adaptive Skiing (CADS) certified instructors, and it was the the first season of implementing the new CADS Instruction modules. We continued our partnership with Canucks Autism Network (CAN) to accommodate 15 high needs children with autism, with a large wait list.
