To the Women's College Hospital, Toronto, for the purpose of funding scientific medical research concerning women's health matters or for the provision of educational scholarships or a combination of these two purposes. To the University of Toronto for the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering for funding specific engineering research projects or the provision of educational scholarships (preferably in the fields of engineering, welding, metallurgy or mechanics). The foundation is not open to grant applications.
