Gateway Ministries (India)(GM) is partner agency of Gateway International Ministries (Canada)(GIM). The President and Vice President of GIM, David and Theresa Greenhough, are residents of India. They have full control over all funds transferred from GIM to GM. All GIM funds transferred from Maple Ridge British Columbia to Bangalore India to GM in 2016 went towards the operational expenses of Gateway Community College (part of GM). The operational expenses included Indian staff salaries, transportation, food, electricity & water, textbooks & stationery, building maintenance, and vehicle, Gateway Community College (GCC) provides vocational training and Bible training for underprivileged young Indian women. The young women helped are from Grade 10 - Grade 12. Some of them, after they graduate from GCC, continue to be part of GM. GM pays the full cost for their further education, either Pre-University College or Degree College. Subjects taught at GCC include tailoring, typing and computer siklls, basicnursing and community health, teacher's training, counselling and leadership, gradening and cooking, and theology. The program is a two-year residential program. Grade 10 Pass or Fail is the eligibility for admissions.
