Services Provided by Migisi Alcohol And Drug Treatment Centre
The mandate of the Centre is to (i) operate an alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility to serce primarily Canadian Native people experiencing alcohol or drug abuse problems and who reside in the geographical area covered by Treaty #3 subject to any restrictions imposed by law on the authority to operate a health facility; and, (ii) train Canadian Native people to work as councillors, aides and administrators in the aforesaid treatment facility.
