To provide training in Amateur Radio operations and in particular to instuct operators in procedures and methods of operating in times of declared civil emergencies. To provide radio communications and equipment necessary for operations of the Amateur Radio Emergency Services and in support of volunteer's in the Municipal or Provincial Emergency Program. To respond to requests by non-profit community organizations for communication services in support of charitable activities. To provide training and equipment for seniors or disabled persons so they can actively participate in amateur radio as a hobby and a community service.
