The post of Assistant Conductor was formalized this year with the intention of providing "podium" experience to a young musician active in the choral field. This individual, selected by audition/interview, sings with the choir and is tasked with leading warm-ups and vocal exercises, acting as relief rehearsal conductor and polishing and presenting at least one program item at each public performance.
