Leadership skills development is achieved through the sport, recreation, science and mastery of sailing and provides youth with the tools they need to achieve their potential. The Foundation's programs help youth develop skills, knowledge and attitudes to form a foundation for the practice of leadership, team work, civic engagement, social belonging, respect and the pursuit of possibility and life-long-learning.
