Performers are adjudicated and winners receive monetary awards. The entire festival is held in the Town of Peace River using a number of facilities such as churches and schools for performance venues. The participants are from a large area surrounding and including Peace River. The final Grand Concert is held at the end of the festival, also in the Town of Peace River.
