Services Provided by Bandemonium Music Society
Weekly rehearsal for both Salt Spring Concert Band and Swing Shift big band (65 to 70 rehearsals annually) and occasional workshops. - Encourage and support student (grades 8 - 12) participation in our bands.- Scholarships given to graduating Grade 12 music students. - Supporting community events through performance (Terry Fox Run, Canada Day, Remembrance Day) - Performance opportunity and financial support for youth musicians to perform as soloists with the Concert Band (Solo Competition), and/or experienced musicians to perform and offer educational resources to band members.
