We run a thrift store operation selling donated, used clothing and household items, forwarding the profits to Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) MB, (through memo of understanding). We also donate to citizens in need such as fire victims, Big Brother Big Sister, Youth for Christ, Portage Soup Kitchen, Central Plains Cancer Care and Sunset Palliative Care. Portage MCC Center is a charity operation with board members from local evangelical churches. Our mission is to provide aid to 3rd world countries by donating most of our profits to MCC MB, while providing community assistance to low income families by selling affordable goods.
