Congregation Emanu-El is a

Services Provided by Congregation Emanu-El
Avodah- Provides outreach to greater Victoria low income and homeless community; Hebrew School- Jewish education to children from 5-13 years old; Youth programs- continuing Jewish education, youth conferences, community outreach; Adult Education- Jewish education through Talmud, Torah, Jewish mysticism, lectures, classes, artwork; Weekly religious services, Shabbat family dinners, Passover Seder, pastoral care and counseling. We had our Syrian Refugee family come to Canada in September 2016. Our Synagogue has approximately 50 volunteers who assist with maintaining the various programs we offer.
