The Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre is Eastern Ontario's only non-profit, residential and community based agency dedicated exclusively to helping youth, between the ages of 13-21, overcome substance abuse issued and other related challenges in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle. programs are available free of charge to help youth and their families progress through the treatment, all in a supportive, safe and caring environment. The Centre is currently operating 3 sites: Bronson Avenue (current outpatients site), Carp (temporary residential site- for 10 females, 13-21 years of age), and Carleton Place (for 14 males, 13-21 years of age).
