The Corporation is a global organization that uses the transformative power of play to educate and empower children facing adversity. Through different forms of play, including sports and games, the Corporation helps children in 20 countries to educate, empower and protect children in disadvantaged communities. Founded in 2000 by four-time Olympic gold medalist and social entrepreneur Johann Olav Koss, the Corporation is headquartered in Toronto, Canada and has national offices in Canada, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States and regional offices in Africa and the Middle East. Our programs are facilitated by more than 500 international staff and 14,900 local volunteer coaches.
