1.Provide supports to adults with developmental disabilities to facilitate individual growth,access opportunities and promote inclusion in the community. 2.Provide employment training and supports to people with developmental disabilities and other barriers to employment and assist them in finding meaningful employment. Our program includes employment readiness workshops,job specific skill development (based on employer requirements),work experience leading to employment,volunteer placements leading to employment,matching to jobs available in the community and on the job support. 3.L.I.F.E.(Learning,independence,Freedom & Employment):A program offered toprovide a flexible,fun,individualized & interactive way to support individuals to gain the confidence,skill & knowledge to become more independent in their lives and to eventually gain employment. 4.Summer program for young adults:runs for July & August and focuses on recreation,community awareness and developing social connections in the community.
