The Temple designs and constructs ceremonial floats for New Year and Vesak celebrations with the Sangha Council of Ontario Buddhist Ministry; -organizes 10-day Vipassana retreats, Zen meditation and Precepts observances classes; -offers Buddhism classes in Chinese and Classical Languages with free Dharma books; -conducts in-dept studies of the Agamas, Diamond, Earth Store Sutras, classical texts and commentaries from the Taisho Tripitaka; -gives initiations for Medicine Buddha ceremonies, and mantra recitations; -hosts Tai Chi and martial arts classes to improve and maintain both physical and mental health; -modernizes Prayer halls for comfort and access to reflect Vietnamese religious and cultural teachings.
