Crystal Staff promotes the study of the Dharma and the practice of meditation according to an eclectic approach which includes the traditions of all schools of Buddhism. In pursuing these aims in 2014, Crystal Staff has sponsored visiting Dharma teachers who offered classes and led meditation retreats. Senior members of Crystal Staff community who live in the Ottawa area also have promoted and facilitated meditation classes in their homes and in local centres.
