Youth Career Focus: To help post-secondary graduates take part in a 2-week working period at different work placements3. Community Services Partnerships Programs (CSP): To target Mandarin speaking seniors, youths, women, and low income residents.6. Minor Recreation Investment Program: To create community recreation activities to help community members access the city-wide recreation activities that they need to solve social issues.
