The Association operates an early childhood center and has been created for the purposes of providing high quality, affordable early childhood education to families in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. It is incorporated under the Corporations Act of Newfoundland and Labrador as a corporation without share capital and has registered charity status under the Income Tax Act.
