The Kids with Cancer Society offers programming to assist families in the following areas: Support- Provides the necessary tools to help families cope for the demands of the treatment and minimize family disruption and related stress. Clinical- Addresses the psychological needs of the whole family within the clinical setting. Research- Ensures that funds are available to participate in activities that improve the wellbeing and outcome for children with cancer. Bursary- Provides $1,000.00 for post-secondary education for young adults that had cancer as a child.
