We conduct water exercise classes in 4 locations for seniors & other adults with health & mobility concerns(1) 3 x per week-1 class/day-10 months, (2) 5 x per wk-1 class/day-12 months; (3) 2x per wk-1 class/day-12 months; (4) 2x per wk-1 class/day-11 months We issue a quarterly newsletter, have regular social gatherings, participate in community events, and donate to another local charity(Food Bank) -We have made our program available to the mentally challenged and to any disabled person who can access the facility. - 30 volunteers service approximately 100-120 seniors -We are able to keep our fees low; our access pass is accepted wherever our program is offered and does not expire. - We recognize those who cannot pay and offer a reduced rate.
