The Society continued to develop a number of new state-of-the-art individualized peer play programs. These programs are the first of their kind to focus on the core needs of children with autism (and related needs) by combining the award-winning research-based Integrated Play Groups(R), SCERTS(R) and Friend 2 Friend models. 5 programs are now offered 6 days a week, to provide children with autism (and related needs), and their peers and families access to highly specialized services that focus on the social, communication, emotional regulation, peer play and friendship needs of children with autism and their peers. We also are developing a new online self-learning program.
